The "Cluetrain Manifesto" reminds us that the homogenized 'voice' of business —as enshrined in brochures—is becoming as contrived and artificial as the language of the 18th century French court.

Then there's "Agenda". The take-no-prisoners approach to the customer century from the father of the "re-engineering" movement. Managers have their work cut out for them.
